Delta 8 Gummies are just like our Full Spectrum CBD Gummies except that we have swapped out our full spectrum distillate for pure Delta 8 distillate. No detectable levels of Delta 9 THC was found in testing by 3rd party labs.

What is Delta 8?

Delta-8-THC is chemically different from delta-9-THC by only a few atomic bonds and still offers a potent high of its own. Delta-8 THC is found in small percentages in the hemp plant, but not enough to extract. It is made by converting hemp derived CBD into Delta-8-THC.

Is it legal?

Yes! According to the 2018 Farm Bill, all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, analogs, etc.) are completely legal in the United States as long as they do not contain more than .3% THC (Delta 9 THC to be specific). Because our Delta 8 is derived from hemp and contains non detectable levels of Delta-9-THC, it's legal.

Directions for use: Dosage is dependent on the user. We recommend starting with one half of a gummy before determining how it effects you. Allow one hour after eating to experience any effects. Do not operate vehicles or heavy machinery. Store in a cool and dark place.
