What is Delta 8?

Delta-8-THC is chemically different from delta-9-THC by only a few atomic bonds and still offers a potent high of its own. Delta-8 THC is found in small percentages in the hemp plant, but not enough to extract. It is made by converting hemp derived CBD into Delta-8-THC.

Is it legal?

Yes! According to the 2018 Farm Bill, all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, analogs, etc.) are completely legal in the United States as long as they do not contain more than .3% THC (Delta 9 THC to be specific). Because our Delta 8 is derived from hemp and contains non detectable levels of Delta-9-THC, it's legal.

Directions for use: Remove covers and screw cartridge onto 510 threaded device (do not over-tighten!) and follow your device’s instructions. Take one puff and wait 15 minutes to determine effects. May cause intoxication, do not operate machinery while using this product.
